TERMS OF USE
These general terms and conditions apply to orders on www.gtechwear.com (hereinafter referred to as the "website") operated by Gtech Fitness AB, VAT SE559434349201 (hereinafter GTECH / we / our / us). Please read the terms before each new order as they may be updated.
ABOUT GTECHWEAR.COM
All content on our website, including design, text, illustrations, photographs, logos, images, and videos, belongs to Gtech or our suppliers. All trademarks and company names mentioned, displayed, or otherwise referred to on the website are owned by their respective brands. The website and its content are intended for personal and non-commercial use.
PRICES
All prices displayed on our website include Swedish VAT of 25%. Depending on the legislation in the recipient country, additional fees, customs duties, and taxes may apply. These costs are paid by the customer, who is also responsible for the administration and payment of these fees. GTECH cannot provide information about these specific costs.
Our prices on the website are current, and we reserve the right to update prices and promotions at any time.

When you order something online, the purchase agreement applies from the moment you receive a confirmation email from GTECH. If you do not receive an order confirmation or wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@gtechwear.com.
Payments can be made using the following payment methods:
DELIVERY
Delivery times may vary, and we cannot guarantee that your order will be shipped on a specific date.
We always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. For domestic orders, the delivery time is usually 2-5 business days, while international orders may take 10-15 business days. During periods of high sales and holidays, the delivery time may be extended. Please note that we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct at the time of order. Once the order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. If the package is returned due to an incorrect delivery address, the customer is responsible for shipping and return costs. GTECH does not compensate for lost packages that have disappeared due to an incorrect delivery address.
SHIPPING
For orders within Sweden, we offer free shipping on purchases over 600 SEK. For orders under 600 SEK, a shipping fee applies, which is indicated at checkout.
For international orders, the shipping cost is 99 EUR, regardless of the order value. Current prices and delivery options are displayed at checkout, based on your specific order and delivery address.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
For packages not picked up at the postal agent, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping and a handling fee of 100 SEK.
RETURN POLICY
As a consumer, you always have the right to cancel your purchase for any reason. Therefore, we offer our customers a 14-day return policy, counted from the date you ordered the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the item to us without delay and no later than 14 days after you placed your order. A return fee of 79 SEK will be charged for handling your return. For international returns, this fee corresponds to 8 EUR. Please note that if you exercise the return right within 14 days from when we shipped the order, but after 14 days from when you received it, this does not fall under the right of withdrawal but under the return right. For returns within the specified time frame, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. For more information about the right of withdrawal, see "Ångerrätt" below.
Please note that the product must be returned in its original condition* and in the original packaging or equivalent in order to receive a full refund.
*A product is considered to be in original condition if it:
- Has all original tags intact
- Returned in the included garment bag
- Has not been washed
- Does not smell like, for example, perfume or smoke
- Is not dirty or has stains from makeup or deodorant
- Does not have animal hair on it, which can cause allergic reactions
If the product does not meet the requirements for original condition, only 30% of the product's price will be refunded. If the product is not returned in the accompanying garment bag, original packaging, or is missing tags, no refund will be given.
STOCK & PRODUCTS
Our stock balance is updated continuously, around the clock. When you have added a product to the shopping cart and proceeded to checkout, your product is reserved for 10 minutes.
Please note that the images on our website are for illustration purposes only. The colors of the products may vary depending on your screen settings. For detailed product descriptions and what is included with each product, see the product page.
We reserve the right to errors in stock and that products may become sold out. If the item you want to buy is sold out, we will refund you. If you still want the item, you are welcome to place a new order when it is back in stock.
SIZE EXCHANGES
We at GTECH offer free size exchanges.
An item can be exchanged once for any size. All exchanges within Sweden are free of charge. For exchanges outside Sweden, a fee applies.
As soon as we have received and processed your size exchange, your new order will be automatically shipped to you. You do not need to place a new order. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we have your size in stock, even if you have registered the size exchange in our portal. If your new size is not in stock when we process your size exchange, a full refund will be issued.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the Distance and Home Sales Act (2005:59), as a consumer you have the right to a 14-day withdrawal period from the date you receive your order. If your order is delivered in multiple parts, the withdrawal period applies from the date you received the last part of the order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact our customer service at info@gtechwear.com and then return the order within 14 days from the time of contact. To facilitate the process, you can use the Consumer Agency's withdrawal form which you can find here The form must be attached when returning a canceled purchase.
SMS Marketing
By consenting to Gtech's SMS marketing at checkout or by initiating a purchase or subscribing through our subscription tools, you agree to regularly receive text messages from us. These messages may include information about your order, abandoned cart reminders, marketing offers in text form, and transactional messages. It may also include requests for reviews from us. This applies even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal "do-not-call" list. The frequency of messages may vary. Please note that consent to SMS marketing is not a requirement to complete a purchase.
If you wish to unsubscribe from marketing and text message communications, reply with "STOP" to any text message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link provided in any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of unsubscribing, such as using other words or requests, will not be considered valid. We do not charge a fee for this service, but you are responsible for any fees and costs that may be incurred for text messages from your provider. Message and data rates may apply.

We reserve the right to change the phone number or short code we use to provide our service at any time. You will be informed of such changes. By using our service, you agree that any messages you send to a phone number or short code that has been changed, including any STOP requests, may not be received. We cannot be held responsible for fulfilling requests made in such messages.
According to applicable law, you agree that we will not be held liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of information sent through our service, any errors in such information, and/or any actions you may take, or refrain from taking, based on the information or the service.

DISPUTES
We always strive to ensure our customers are satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will do our best to find a suitable solution for you. If we cannot resolve the situation, we recommend that you contact ARN (The National Board for Consumer Disputes) for an independent review of the case.
FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure occurs when circumstances beyond our control prevent GTECH from fulfilling its obligations under these general terms and conditions. Examples of such circumstances may include natural disasters, revolutions, strikes, power outages, or similar events.
MISTAKES & INCORRECT INFORMATION
Since mistakes can unfortunately occur due to the human factor, we reserve the right to make errors regarding product information and prices. If an error occurs, we will correct it as soon as possible. Our goal is for you as a customer to always be satisfied with your purchase!
