Shipping cost

We offer free shipping within Sweden for orders over 600 SEK.
For orders under 600 SEK, a shipping fee of 49 SEK will be added.

For orders outside Sweden, we offer free shipping on purchases over 99 EUR.
For orders under 99 EUR, a shipping fee of 8 EUR will be added.

Pricing

The prices in our webshop are always presented including VAT (value-added tax). All prices are listed excluding shipping costs. The shipping cost is added to the price and paid by the customer.

Delivery

We always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. The delivery time is usually between 1–3 business days. During periods of high sales and holidays, it may sometimes take longer. For orders outside Sweden, the delivery time may be slightly longer, depending on the destination and shipping options.

If you place your order before 1:00 PM, the order will be shipped the same day (applies to business days). Exceptions may occur during or after major promotions and around holidays. The checkout will show exactly which delivery methods and prices apply to your specific order. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address on the order is correctly filled in at the time of ordering. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. If the package is returned due to the customer providing an incorrect delivery address, the customer will be responsible for shipping and return costs. Please note that GTECH does not compensate for lost packages that have disappeared due to an incorrect delivery address.
