Questions

• Has all tags still on
• Must be returned in the garment bag
• Has not been washed
• Must not smell of perfume or smoke, for example
• Must not be dirty or have stains from makeup and deodorant
• Must not have animal hair on it as it can cause allergies


If the product does not meet the requirements for original condition, 30% of the product price will be refunded. If the product is not returned in the garment bag, packaging or lacks tags, no refund will be made.

Yes, we offer a free size exchange within Sweden.

Unfortunately, we do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend that you place a new order.

When we handle your return, you will be charged a fee of 79 SEK within Sweden and 8 € outside Sweden.

Do you want to make a complaint about a product?

If you need to make a complaint about a product because it is damaged or because you have received the wrong product/products, please contact us as soon as possible. Contact us atinfo@gtechwear.com and include the following information: 

  • A brief description of the matter
  • Order number
  • The name of the product
  • Also attach a photo of the product where the damage is clearly visible

Remember that a complaint must be made within a reasonable time from the discovery of the damage, which according to the Consumer Sales Act is within two months. The damage must be a production defect and not wear and tear. If your complaint is approved, your product will be replaced with a new or equivalent product. If this cannot be done, a refund will be made instead. We always try to find creative solutions to ensure that our customers are as satisfied as possible.
